Karoline K. Galea

Karoline is a pre-award grant analyst and an operations manager. She helps PIs and their teams compile and submit grants to the NIH, CDC, and other organizations. She also help with a variety of tasks around the office, including assisting Georgina Lopez and reconciling the ledgers monthly.

Before working for UCSF, Karoline worked at Shands-Jacksonville hospital, which is a learning hospital associated with the University of Florida. She was in the Biomedical Engineering Department.

Karoline has a B.S. in Operations Management and Business Process Management from Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Karoline is currently taking pre-requisite classes for a career in science.
